Dumpling is a traditional Chinese food. It is popular in Chinese holidays or festivals, so it is part of the Chinese culture or tradition. On April 7th, 2014, Xinxing staff taught the children to make dumplings together. Making dumplings is really teamwork and all the children joined the work. Through hard work, they all made different shape of dumplings. The final step is to boil the dumplings, the smell made our mouth water. Children ate the dumplings and they said dumplings are really delicious.
