Xinxing outreach team went to Qianyang County around Baoji City on October 12th , 2013. The psychologist Ms. Wang Guiling carried out a training about "Trying to be wise parents" for the care givers of these children. The care givers were also offered parenting handbooks. We hope that the care givers could study and apply the ideas of the handbook into their life, ensuring the children can grow up healthily. This outreach activity was supported by Central Government for social organization Demonstration Project.
