Home Visit in Sichuan Province

   A boy named Taotao, he is 11 years old and from a villiage in Nan Jiang County, Ba Zhong City of Si Chuan Province. Taotao was admitted in Xinxing on September 5th, 2013. When he came to Xinxing, he told us his story . Taotao was taken to Baoji city by his father and was abandoned around Baoji train station. The policeman found him on the street and sent Taotao to the children center. Through the social investigation ,we knew that Taotao was raised up by his paternal grandpa. His parents divorced when he was about one years old. Taotao's fathe lived outside for years and seldomly come back home to see Taotao and the grandpa.

 On October 20th, 2013, Xinxing staff drove the car to take Taotao back home. We met Taotao's grandpa and his school teachers, talking with them about Taotao's situation and helping Taotao to stay at school.  Taotao will board at school and continue his study with Xinxing's support (school fees and living fees) in the next few years.
