A special case of children in difficult circumstances

A boy named Qiqi lives in the remote mountain areas, Jiaokou village, Xiashi Township, Baoji City. He is about 12 years old. His parents divorced when he was young and he lived with his father together. His father works outside, regardless of Qiqi. Qiqi goes to the village primary school and he always fights with his classmates and doesn’t obey the teacher’s management. So he dropped out of the school when he was in grade one. After that, Qiqi’s father takes qiqi to the city, begging on the street, when he goes outside working. At night, he takes Qiqi back home when he finishes his work. As the child’s guardian, Qiqi’s father let his son go begging, how could we pursue his responsibility? We offered Qiqi to live at the Xinxing center and goes to school, but Qiqi refuse to leave his father. We hope that we could take Qiqi to Xinxing center and help him go back to schoo.
