Xinxing was visited by a series of provicial civil affairs department recently, they are Lanzhou civil affairs of Gansu province, Yanliang district civil affairs of Shaanxi province, Jing Cheng civil affairs of Shanxi province. The aim of the visit is to learn about how Xinxing works with the street kids, using the professional social work's philosophy and methods.
