On March 20th. 2017, a delegation from the Civil Affairs Bureau and Rescue station of binhai new district of Tianjin visited Baoji Xinxing waifs Assistance center for visiting and studying.
During the visit, the director of the Assistance center, Du Chengfei, exchanged views on the government purchase of social organizations in rescue management service. The delegation visited children’s daily living area in Assistance center, and gained detailed understanding of services such as unconventional education, anti-pyramid training and anti-campus violence, etc.
